Cinnamon Pecan Bars
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
Cream butter; add sugar gradually, creaming thoroughly.
Add egg and beat until fluffy.
Sift flour, cinnamon, and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture and mix until blended.
Stir in pecans.
Turn into a greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake at 350Â°F 40 minutes.
Cut into small bars while still warm; coat with confectioners' sugar.
