Frosted Coffee Bars

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coffee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coffee icing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add egg and beat well.
Add liquid coffee.
Mix well.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Add raisins and nuts.
Mix well.
Spread in greased pan 12x8 inches.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.
While warm frost with coffee icing.
Coffee Icing: Mix 1 tablespoon hot coffee with 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar.
Add a drop or two of almond flavoring.
