Chocolate Syrup Bars

Betty demonstrates how to make Chocolate Syrup Bars. These bars are made by adding chocolate syrup and a few other ingredients to a yellow cake mix. They are great for fall!

Ingredients

Yellow cake mix 1 Box
Eggs 2
Chocolate syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hershey's)
Miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Chopped pecans 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cooking oil spray 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. Place cake mix, eggs, and chocolate syrup in a large mixing bowl. Beat for 3 minutes on medium to high speed of an electric mixer until well blended.

2.Stir in marshmallows and nuts.

3.Spread batter into a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Bake at 350 degrees (F) until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.

4. Cool in baking dish.

5. Cut into bars and place on a nice serving plate. Enjoy.
