Shredded coconut 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (unsweetened)
Puffed cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Rice Krispies or Crispy Flax)
Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon (Leveled) (toasted or raw)
Maple syrup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Tahini 2 Tablespoon (sesame paste)
Butter/Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 Dash (optional)
