Ingredients
  Frozen banana 1
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Quick cooking oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pitted dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded unsweetened coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

MAKING

3. In a bowl, mix all these ingredients well.

4. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet as shown in the video and bake them at 350 F for 30 minutes.

SERVING

5. Serve as desired.
