Protein Bars are such a healthy snack, but are so expensive! Make your own at home and you know exactly what is going in to them. They are super easy and healthy, too!

Ingredients

Rolled oat 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cashew 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked
Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked
Dried cranberries/Chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pitted dates 2 1/4 Cup (36 tbs) , soaked
Honey/Agave 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

In a food processor, add in the rolled oats and process for 20 seconds.

Take out the oats in a large bowl and set aside.

Into the processor, add in the almonds, cashew and cranberries. Process until chunky and place with oats.

Process the dates and add in all the ingredients back to the processor and pulse again, until well combined.

Take out on a dehydrator sheet and pat with spatula. Place in the dehydrator for 4 hours at 200 degrees F.

SERVING

Slice the bar and serve with milk.
