Trapper's Sweet Bannock

|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (sifted)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry-milk solids||1 Tablespoon (nonfat)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil and water and mix well.
Stir in raisins.
Spread in well-greased skillet.
Cover and cook slowly on back of grill over hot coals or bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 25 to 30 minutes.
