Lamburger Broil With Bananas

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Sausage links 6 (Brown And Serve)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper To Taste (Few Grains)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bananas 3 Large (Green Tipped)
  Pear 1 Large, halved
Directions

Combine ground lamb with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, the pepper, parsley, and onions in a bowl; mix lightly with a fork.
Form into 6 thick oval-shaped pat ties; press a sausage lengthwise into center of each.
Place on broiler rack in broiler pan.
Combine butter and the 1/2 teaspoon salt, celery salt, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
Brush over the meat.
Broil 4 or 5 inches from source of heat about 10 minutes on each side; brush patties frequently with the seasoned butter during broiling.
Peel bananas; cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise.
Place on broiler rack with patties; brush with seasoned butter and broil 5 minutes.
Arrange lamburgers on a heated serving plate with bananas in center.
Garnish plate with the pear halves and sprigs of watercress or parsley.
