Peanut Butter And Banana Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream/Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Banana pulp/Sliced bananas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix the peanut butter with the cream until it is smooth and light in color
2.In another bowl, combine the banana pulp with a little lemon juice
3.Apply peanut butter cream over thin slices of bread
4.Place the banana slices over peanut butter bread

SERVING
5.Serve with coffee
