|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (If Desired)|
|Chopped nuts/Seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Banana||1 , cut in to small chunks|
Combine flour, soda, salt and nuts in mixing bowl.
Combine banana, dates, egg and vanilla in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with back of spoon.
Bake at 350Â°F. for 10 minutes.
