|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄2 Ounce (1 1/2 Packages)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strawberry puree/6 ounce strawberry nectar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bananas||1 (As Required)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add strawberry puree or nectar and cold water.
Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
Peel bananas and cut in half.
Insert a popsicle stick in one end of each banana.
Place bananas in orange juice cans or large plastic cups, stick ends up.
Pour in gelatin.
To keep stick centered, place foil over top of can with slit in the middle for stick.
Chill in refrigerator several hours.
To loosen, dip cans in warm water for a few seconds.
Wiggle gently to remove.
