Vegan Banana Cake

Banana Cake With Cream Cheese Icing is a traditional delicious and tasty dish with a vegan twist complimented by the lemon cheese icing. Try out this wonderful Banana Cake With Cream Cheese Icing with an amazing lemon flavour and enjoy!
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg substitute 2
  Bananas/1 cup mashed banana 3
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sodium bicarbonate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Imitation cream cheese 100 Gram
  Icing mixture 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon

1) In a bowl, combine the olive oil and the brown sugar.
2) Add the mashed banana and the vanilla stir to combine.
3) In another bowl, combine the flour, egg substitute, baking powder, cinnamon, bicarb soda and salt.
4) Sift 1/2 the flour mixture into the banana mixture, add 1/2 the soy milk and mix well to combine. Then sift in rest of the 1/2 flour mixture, soy milk and stir well to combine.
5) Pour the batter into a lightly greased baking pan and bake.
6) In a bowl, mix the icing ingredients and then move the the electric beaters.
7) Spread the icing evenly over the cake. Grate some lemon rind on the cake.

In this banana cake recipe, instead of plain flour, I would like to add whole wheat flour! It makes the recipe healthy and I think there won't be any effect on the taste of the cake :))
