Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Ml)|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon (25 Ml)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Ml)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Mashed banana||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (175 Ml)|
|Peanut butter chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Peanut Butter Chips)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 Ml)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 400Â° F (200Â° C) Muffin tin, greased or paper-lined
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, combine peanut butter, oil, eggs, milk and mashed bananas.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened and blended.
Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done.
