Banana Yogurt Freeze
|Hot water||2 Tablespoon|
|Mashed ripe bananas||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Plain low fat yogurt||8 Ounce|
Combine sugar and water in a medium bawl, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add bananas, lemon juice, and yogurt; mix well.
Pour mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan, and freeze until almost firm.
Spoon mixture into a large bowl, and add beaten egg whites.
Mix at high speed of an electric mixer 10 minutes or until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Return to pan, and freeze until firm.
To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes; spoon into individual serving bowls.
