1. For making chocolate sauce – in a blender, blend carob, water and dates in a blender.
2. Add more water if required.
3. Separately, blend mulberries, raisins, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence to make it stick together.
4. Take small portions at a time and give it a shape of cookie.
5. Slice banana and spread chocolate sauce over the cookies.
6. Put banana slices on the cookies and top it with another cookie.
