Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
|All purpose flour||500 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||50 Milliliter|
|Baking powder||10 Milliliter|
|Baking soda||5 Milliliter|
|Chocolate chips||250 Milliliter|
|Ripe bananas||50 Milliliter|
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add chocolate chips.
Blend together bananas, butter, milk and eggs; with fork, stir into flour mixture just until blended.
Don't over mix.
Fill greased muffin cups three-quarters full.
Bake in 350Ã‚Â°F (180Ã‚Â°C) oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
