Hot Bananas In Rum

Ingredients
  Banana 3 Large, slitted
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Raisin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rum 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a 3 separate piece of foil paper spread little and sprinkle demerara sugar and place the slit bananas in it.
2. Sprinkle some raisins on each of the bananas and 1 tablespoon of rum and also dash of lemon juice on all the 3 banana.
3. Now fold the foil neatly and bake it in the oven for 15 minute at 180 degree C.

SERVING
4. You can serve it with a nice scoop of your favorite ice-cream.
