Ingredients
  Bananas 3 Large
  Cardamom 1 Dash
  Cassia 1 Dash
  Apricot jam 1 Tablespoon
  Dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Orange zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the bananas into a aga oven baking tray.
2. Add a splash of rum, cardamom, cinnamon, apricot jam, brown Sugar, butter, orange zest, lemon zest, lemon juice and orange juice and toss.
3. Pop the dish into the aga oven and cook for 10-15 minutes.

SERVING
4. Plate and serve as dessert.
