Build Banana Bread in The Bag Holder - Part 1

This is an easy recipe to have for Back to School freezer meals. Just make and bake ahead and slice and store in the freezer until you are ready to eat them. Tasty and easy recipe to enjoy. Using The Bag Holder shows you how to make this family recipe easily with no mess.
Ingredients
  Butter 4 Ounce, melted (1 stick)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 2 Large
  Banana 4 Large
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon, ground (Optional)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking pan.

MAKING
2) Place a bag on the bag holder. Add all the ingredients together along with the peeled bananas.
3) Seal the bag and mix up the ingredients thoroughly for about 1 to 2 minutes.
4) In a lightly greased baking pan, pour the mixture and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
5) Allow to completely cool down on a rack then remove the bread from pan.

SERVING
6) Slice the banana bread and serve.
