A Better Bananas Foster

You dont have to go to New Orleans for this diabetic friendly dessert. Divabetics Catherine Schuller, an image & style advisor, shows Susan Perez, model and make artist, this quick and easy taste treat.
Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1 , sliced lengthwise
  Non stick cooking spray 1 Dash
  Agave nectar 6 Tablespoon, divided (4- banana; 2- whipped cream)
  Butter substitute 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon To Taste
  Sliced almond 1 Ounce
For garnish
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional)
  Strawberries 5 , sliced thinly (Optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of agave nectar with whipped cream. Set aside.

MAKING
2. In a pan, spray the non stick cooking spray. Pour the agave nectar in it. Add the butter substitute and let it melt. Sprinkle cinnamon in it. Stir to mix.
3. Place the banana slices in it and let it cook till it caramelizes. Sprinkle some sliced almonds on it and let it get caramelized with the banana. Turn off the heat.

SERVING
4. In a serving plate, place 1 banana slice. Pour the caramelized mixture over it. Put a dollop of whipped cream with agave. Decorate with strawberries and serve warm.
