Bananas Rhyder

Ingredients
  Bananas 2 , peeled and frozen
  Pears 2 , peeled, sliced and frozen
  Apple 1 , peeled, sliced and frozen
  Low fat plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Slice the bananas using a sharp knife
2) Place them into a food processor with the pears, apple and yogurt and puree
3) Ensure the puree is free of lumps

SERVING
4) Spoon into a ramekin and serve immediately
