|Ripe bananas||4 , sliced in half lengthwise|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipped topping/Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Amaretto||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Take a pan and melt butter in it. Add bananas and saute over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until bananas turn soft.
2) Remove and place bananas in 4 serving dishes.
3) Sprinkle coconut evenly in each bowl.
4) Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon each of chopped pecans and amaretto. Serve immediately.
