Banana Crunchies

Ingredients
  Banana 1
  Melted carob chips 2 Tablespoon
  Safflower oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Granola 2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1.Put a popsicle stick on one end of banana.
2.Make a mixture of carob chips, oil and honey and heat in a double broiler until melted.
3.Roll the banana in melted carob and then immediately in granola.
4.Freeze for a few hours.

SERVING
5.Serve cold.
