Mini Chocolate Chip Banana Loaves

Ok seriously, you have to try these. I tested this recipe with friends and they are all still asking for the recipe!!!! So yummy! A higher protein treat and much healthier than traditional chocolate chip banana bread! But here’s the secret: You’ll never be able to tell the difference!
Ingredients
  Oat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whey protein 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Vanilla / Plain *See Note)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Stevia 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate chips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg whites 3 (0.25 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon Carton Kind)
  Mashed brown banana 3 (Ripe)
  Unsweetened applesauce/1 snack pack 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In one bowl, mix all the dry
ingredients together (oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking
powder, stevia) and the chocolate chips. In another bowl, whisk
together wet ingredients (egg whites, banana, applesauce). Add wet
ingredients to dry and mix until well blended. Spray a non-stick mini
loaf pan or muffin tin. Pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees for
15-20 minutes, until firm on top. Cook longer if in loaf pan, or
shorter if in muffin tins.
