Frozen Bananas

Ingredients
  Firm bananas 2 Large
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Warm honey 2 Tablespoon
  Coconut sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Use waxed paper to line a baking sheet.

MAKING
2) Crosswise half the bananas, and lightly brush with lemon juice.
3) Insert popsicle sticks into the cut ends of the banana.
4) Brush on honey over the bananas and roll in coconut sugar.
5) Arrange on baking sheet and freeze till firm.
6) Remove and wrap each banana and freeze again.

SERVING
7) Drizzle with honey and serve.
