|Banana||7 Small, peeled|
|Low fat natural yogurt||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
|Fresh orange juice||2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)|
1) In a food processor or blender, place the banana, yogurt and orange juice and blend for a few seconds, until smooth.
2) Pour the fruit puree into a glass and sprinkle the muesli over the top, if desired.
3) Serve the banana whizz immediately as a refreshing fruit drink.
4) It can also be served after meals.
