Banana and Orange instant Breakfast

Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1 Tablespoon (Undiluted)
  Egg 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 A night before , in a blender jar or bowl, mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2 You can also use a portable mixer for the purpose.
3 Place in the refrigerator overnight.

MAKING
4 Remove from the refrigerator and shake well.

SERVING
5 Serve immediately.
