Ham And Bananas Hollandaise

Ingredients
  Bananas 6 Medium
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thin boiled ham slices 1⁄2 Pound
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Hollandaise sauce mix 2 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelope Of 1 1/4 Ounce Each)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
2 Lightly grease a 2-quart shallow baking dish with butter.

SERVING
3 Peel the bananas and sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent darkening.
4 Spread mustard on the ham slices.
5 Wrap each banana in a slice of ham.
6 In a casserole, arrange the bananas in a single layer.
7 Bake for 10 minutes.
8 To prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine sauce mix with 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and the cream.
9 Heat to boiling, stirring and pour over the bananas.
10 Bake for another 5 minutesor until slightly golden.

SERVING
11 Serve with green salad for brunch or lunch.
