Ingredients
  Banana 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
  Pure vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender add sliced banana, vanilla, ice, milk, and honey.
2) Blend until smooth.

SERVING
3) Pour into 6 glasses and add a straw.
