Fried Bananas

Ingredients
  Bananas 4
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Peel, cut in half crosswise and then cut lengthwise.
2) Roll in the brown sugar.
3) In a skillet heat oil and sauté the bananas until golden brown.

SERVING
5) Serve hot or cold with cream if desired.
