|Refined flour||125 Gram|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Pinch|
|Ground cardamom||1 Pinch|
|Melted butter||1 Teaspoon|
|Castor sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Peel and cut the bananas into thick rounds.
Blend together flour, salt, sugar and spices.
Add enough water to form a batter.
Mix in the butter and set aside for 15 minutes.
Dip slices of bananas in the batter.
Deep fry to a golden colour.
Drain and serve hot sprinkled with castor sugar.
Instead of banana you can use ripe man-goe or canned pineapple slices.
