  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg beaters 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1 , cut cup
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In electric blender container, blend milk, Egg Beaters, banana, orange juice concentrate, honey and wheat germ until smooth.
Serve immediately.
