|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut/1/3 cup granola / chopped nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1) Peel the bananas and cut the flesh into 1-inch thick slices.
2) In orange juice, dip each banana slice and then roll it in the crunchy topping.
3) Serve at room temperature as a snack. Can be a good party treat for kids. The preparation can also be placed in the freezer for sometime to make it a delectable summer snack.
