Banana Split Breakfast

Ingredients
  Banana 1
  Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Teaspoon
  Bran 1 Teaspoon
  Strawberry topping 2 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, place bananas split into half lengthwise; in a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese with wheat germ and bran arrange a scoop of it in the middle of each banana half
2. Drizzle Strawberry topping over the cheese

SERVING
3. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve
