Frozen Chocolate Banana
|Banana||1 Medium, peeled and cut in half crosswise|
|Graham crackers||2 , finely crushed (2 1/2-Inch Squares)|
|Chocolate syrup||1 Teaspoon|
1) Insert an ice cream bar stick in each banana half at the cut end, wrap in a wax paper or foil and freeze until hardened.
2) On a wax paper sheet, spread half of the cracker crumbs.
3) Coat a banana half with 1/2 teaspoon syrup, then roll in the cracker crumbs. Repeat with another banana half.
4) Serve immediately or wrap in moisture and vapor-resistant wrapping and store in the freezer until required.
