Frozen Chocolate Banana

Ingredients
  Banana 1 Medium, peeled and cut in half crosswise
  Graham crackers 2 , finely crushed (2 1/2-Inch Squares)
  Chocolate syrup 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Insert an ice cream bar stick in each banana half at the cut end, wrap in a wax paper or foil and freeze until hardened.
2) On a wax paper sheet, spread half of the cracker crumbs.
3) Coat a banana half with 1/2 teaspoon syrup, then roll in the cracker crumbs. Repeat with another banana half.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately or wrap in moisture and vapor-resistant wrapping and store in the freezer until required.
