Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  White sugar 1 Pound (2 Cups Plus 3 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Plus 2 Tablespoon)
  Eggs 4 Large
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter milk/Sour milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Measure all ingredients into large bowl of electric mixer, one by one, beating until well blended.
Pour into greased 9 x 13" or 2 loaf pans or large angel food pan.
Bake at 275°F for 2 hours in centre of oven with a pan of water on bottom shelf.
