|Ripe bananas||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White sugar||1 Pound (2 Cups Plus 3 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Baking soda||1 Tablespoon|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Plus 2 Tablespoon)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter milk/Sour milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Measure all ingredients into large bowl of electric mixer, one by one, beating until well blended.
Pour into greased 9 x 13" or 2 loaf pans or large angel food pan.
Bake at 275°F for 2 hours in centre of oven with a pan of water on bottom shelf.
