Ingredients
  Bananas 6 Medium
  Granulated sugar 60 Milliliter
  Brandy 60 Milliliter
  Vanilla extract 3 Milliliter
  French vanilla ice cream 1 Liter
  Chocolate sauce 375 Milliliter
  Toasted almonds 125 Milliliter, sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a skillet, add bananas, sugar, brandy, vanilla extract and poach the bananas for 3-5 minutes.
2) Remove skillet from heat and let it chill.

SERVING
3) Serve on a bed of ice cream, smothered with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with nuts.
