|Firm bananas||6 (Having All-Yellow Or Slightly Green-Tipped Peel)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Few Grains)|
1. Peel bananas.
2. Arrange bananas on broiler rack. Brush generously with melted butter or margarine.
3. Sprinkle with salt.
4. Set temperature control to range at Broil. Place rack in broiler with tops of bananas 3 in. from source of heat for 5 min., or until bananas are lightly browned and tender when pierced with a fork.
5. Serve on warm serving plate; garnish with sprigs of parsley.
