Ingredients
  Bananas 6
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs/Cornflake crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (fine quality)
  Hot fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Directions

MAKING
1. Peel bananas and then cut them crosswise into 3/4-inch thick pieces.
2. Beat the egg and then salt it. Dip banana pieces in egg; drain.
3. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot fat for 2 minutes or until brown and tender.

SERVING
4. Serve hot
