Savory Fried Bananas

Ingredients
  Banana 2 , halved lengthwise and then cut crosswise
  Seasoned flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 , baked (For Serving)
  Mushrooms 2 (For Serving)
Directions

Peel and halve bananas lengthwise then crosswise.
Dip in seasoned flour and fry gently in oil.
Drain flour and fry gently in oil.
Drain on paper then sprinkle with little lemon juice.
Serve with baked tomatoes and mushrooms, or as a garnish or vegetable.
If the oven is in use, merely place bananas on rack and bake until the skins split open, about 15 minutes.
Peel and brush with melted butter and serve as a savoury or with custard or cream as a sweet.
