Sticky Sesame Bananas

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 4
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Castor sugar 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Cold water 4 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Low fat natural fromage frais 5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter Unsweetened Yogurt)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Cut peeled bananas into pieces of 5cm or 2 inches.
2)In a bowl, take lemon juice and add banana pieces into it. Coat well with lemon juice to prevent decoloration.

MAKING
3)In a small pan, take sugar and water heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes until sugar caramelizes.
4)Drain and absorb bananas on kitchen tissue and place them well spaced put on baking sheets or board lined with baking parchment.
5)Drizzle the caramelized sugar mixture quickly on top of bananas and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let cool for 10 minutes.
6)In another bowl, mix together icing sugar and fromage frais with vanilla extract or essence.

SERVING
7)Remove bananas gently from baking parchment and place on serving plates.
8)Garnish with lime rind and lemon. Serve with fromage frais mixture as dip.
