Coconut Banana Bake
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Light molasses/Dark molasses||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded coconut||2 Tablespoon|
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise, then in half lengthwise.
Place in a 10x6x 1 3 /4-inch baking dish.
Combine next 3 ingredients, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Pour over bananas; sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
