Bananas With Cinnamon Triangles

Ingredients
  Puff pastry 3 1⁄2 Ounce (100 gram, prepared / ready rolled)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Ounce (30 gram)
  Bananas 3 , sliced
  Chopped walnuts 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut pastry into four 10 cm (4 in) squares, then cut squares into triangles. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Brush pastry triangles with water and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Place on agreased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add bananas, walnuts, brown sugar and lemon juice and cook, tossing over a medium heat for 5 minutes or until bananas are tender.
Serve hot topped with pastry triangles.
