Frozen Banana Orange Yogurt
|Ripe banana||1 Small|
|Orange||1 Small, sectioned, and all membrane removed|
|Liquid sweetener||1 Teaspoon|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Plain gelatin||1 Teaspoon, softened in water|
|Low fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place all ingredients except the yogurt in a blender; mix well.
Fold in the yogurt.
Place in a shallow pan in the freezer.
Beat with a wire whip or fork quite frequently while the mixture is freezing to keep the ice crystals small.
Scoop the frozen yogurt into chilled champagne glasses and serve immediately.
