Easy Baked Bananas

Ingredients
  Firm bananas 4 Large, cut lengthwise into halves
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Heat oven to 375°.
Place banana halves cut side down in buttered baking dish.
Brush with lemon juice.
Sprinkle each half with 1/2 tea spoon grated lemon peel and 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar.
Drizzle each banana with 1/2 tablespoon margarine, melted.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
