Butterscotched Bananas

Ingredients
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream/Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ripe bananas 5
Directions

Combine the brown sugar, cream, and butter in a saucepan, and cook until sugar is melted and mixture bubbles up.
Serve hot or cold over sliced bananas.
For a more elaborate dessert, serve with a puff of whipped cream on top.
