Frozen Banana Nut Logs

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry milk powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Maple syrup/Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe bananas 5
  Finely chopped pecans/Walnuts 8 Ounce
Directions

Puree peanut butter, milk, milk powder and maple syrup or honey in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Peel bananas and cut in two, crosswise, to form the logs. Spoon peanut butter mixture into a shallow bowl. Place nuts in another bowl. Roll bananas in peanut butter mixture, then in the nuts. If peanut butter mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. Insert a flat wooden stick halfway into cut end.
Place logs on a tray and cover lightly with plastic wrap. Freeze at least 1 hour or until firm. Serve frozen.
