Shredded Wheat With Banana Milk Topping
|Bite size shredded wheat biscuits||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Wheat bran||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (unprocessed miller's bran)|
|Sliced almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Drop|
Peel banana and place in a heavy plastic bag.
Freeze at least 6 hours.
Remove from freezer and cut into eighths.
Divide shredded wheat biscuits into two serving bowls.
Top with wheat bran and almonds.
In blender, process banana slices, milk and vanilla until slightly frothy.
Pour over cereal.
