Shredded Wheat With Banana Milk Topping

Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1
  Bite size shredded wheat biscuits 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Wheat bran 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (unprocessed miller's bran)
  Sliced almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Drop
Directions

Peel banana and place in a heavy plastic bag.
Freeze at least 6 hours.
Remove from freezer and cut into eighths.
Divide shredded wheat biscuits into two serving bowls.
Top with wheat bran and almonds.
In blender, process banana slices, milk and vanilla until slightly frothy.
Pour over cereal.
Serve immediately.
