Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped red bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced plantain 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add bell pepper and green onions; saute 2 minutes.
Add sliced plantains, salt, and pepper; saute 10 minutes or until plantains are soft.
