Heat oven to 375°.
Peel bananas; cut lengthwise in half.
Place halves cut sides down in greased baking dish, 8 X 8 X 2 inches.
Brush with lemon juice.
Sprinkle each half with 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel and 1/2 tablespoon sugar; drizzle with butter and rum flavoring.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
